A Sintra Shop firma o compromisso com o cliente para enviar e entregar os pedidos no tempo mais rápido possível.
Nada significa mais para nós do que oferecer aos nossos clientes um serviço de qualidade que atenda às suas necessidades.
As informações disponibilizadas no momento do cadastro, são de total responsabilidade do cliente, não cabendo a Sintra Shop qualquer encargo decorrente à dados cadastrados incorretamente.
Caso o produto não seja entregue devido a erro no endereço indicado o cliente fica responsável por pagar novamente os portes de envio para que sua encomenda possa ser reenviada.
O cliente fica responsável após o envio de verificar e confirmar o recebimento da encomenda com os correios/transportadora. Caso não esteja em casa no dia da entrega, deve verificar na caixa de correios se foi deixado a encomenda ou comunicado para levantamento nos CTTs.
Como são envia os pacotes?

Sim, o cliente receberá um e-mail assim que seu pedido for enviado, contendo as informações de rastreamento. Se você não recebeu informações de rastreamento em 7 dias, entre em contacto connosco.

Prazo de entrega
O tempo de envio é de até 72 horas para compras realizadas em dias úteis, a depender da localidade, visto que possuímos fornecedores em diversos países.
Prazo de entrega em média está de 1 à 3 semanas a depender dos correios/ transportadora.
É de responsabilidade do cliente sempre acompanhar a encomenda pelo código de rastreio informado no envio.
A loja Sintra Shop não se responsabiliza pela devolução da encomenda devido a falta de levantamento nos correios/ transportadora ou endereço errado.

Cancelamento do pedido
Todos os pedidos podem ser cancelados antes que sejam enviados. Se o seu pedido foi pago e você precisa fazer uma alteração ou cancelar um pedido, você deve entrar em contacto connosco dentro de 12 horas. Assim que o processo de embalagem e envio for iniciado, ele não poderá mais ser cancelado.
Reembolsos
